Description
Come work with Tauranga’s Top Construction Company. We’re looking for a FOUNDATIONS Team Leader with experience in Split-Level Block Projects and a Trade Qualification in Building. You’ll be both on-the-tools and leading a small team.

Responsibilities
- Running your assigned projects on time.
- Ensuring your team is organised each day.
- Great Communication with Managers & Clients.
- Maintaining strong Health & Safety processes on-sites, in line with Company & Client Policies.
- Controlling materials and sub-contractors on your projects.
- Booking inspections and relaying to Manager in a timely manner.
- Security and maintenance of all equipment supplied to you.
Skills
We are looking for an enthusiastic Foundations Team Leader with a relevant Trade Qualification in Building and capable in delivering Split-Level Block Projects. The candidates will preferably be experienced in the construction of Ribraft Foundations and Thickened Edge Slabs. The role offers a training period alongside current and experienced staff.
