Base Up Contracting is owned and run by Kyle O’Brien.  Kyle, a Licensed Building Practitioner in Foundations F2, has been in the concrete and landscape industry for over 18 years. Kyle has a Diploma in Business Management and Health & Safety.

Jason Muir

Landscape Manager

Jason has 15 years of experience in the landscape industry and has a Diploma in Landscape Design. He oversees the landscaping and retaining side of the company with the outmost professionalism and liaises with the clients from start to finish.

Joe Goodwin

Construction Manager – Floors Tauranga

Joe has a background of many years in residential construction. Joe is responsible for scheduling and liaising with clients to ensure smooth running and completion dates on all our Bay of Plenty & Waikato flooring Projects.

Dale Chadwick

Sales Manager – Floors Hamilton

Dale is responsible for sales, scheduling and liaising with clients to ensure smooth running and completion dates on projects in the Waikato Region. Dale is also our Events Co-ordinator.

Paul Baxter

Concrete Project Manager

Paul has been in the concrete industry for over 25 years. He liaises and co-ordinates the concrete labour force to ensure quality control is at the utmost standard and safety is assured. He is experienced in all aspects of concrete laying from commercial to decorative, specialising in exposed and coloured concrete.
