Hyforce Way was a complex project involving a challenging site, requiring large-scale, engineered retaining walls. BaseUp used a combination of large SED timber poles and steel beams to achieve the required heights and support for the new house sites. This Classic Development project was a collaboration assigned through civil’s contractor, Moons Civil & Drainage.
BaseUp assisted in this Omokoroa development through supplying services for; retaining wall construction, house foundations, street planting, roundabout timber features, public footpaths and the development’s timber entry feature and signage. As part of our service to Classic Builders, BaseUp also provides individually tailored landscape packages for each new home within the development.
This substantial residential housing development from Classic Group has involved a full-time presence for between one and three BaseUp teams. Our experienced staff applied their expertise to foundations, retaining work, external concrete, street planting and individually designed and built landscape packages.
An exciting full project solution for BaseUp.
